Schools have stricter rules than offices

When children are in the building, the safety bar is much higher. Most chemicals approved for offices and homes aren't suitable inside an active classroom. The protocols required by KHDA, ADEK and SPEA for educational facilities limit treatment timing, chemical types and documentation requirements.

We operate to those standards by default:

• Holiday-and-weekend treatment for any chemical work — never during school hours
• Child-safe formulations — gel-bait in inaccessible areas only, IGRs (insect growth regulators) preferred over adulticides
• Documented chemical disclosure — full SDS, dosage records and treatment areas reported to school admin and posted on the parent portal where applicable
• No fogging or aerosol indoors during operational periods

• Cockroaches in cafeterias and prep kitchens
• Ants in sweet-treat storage and snack areas
• Rodents in storerooms, behind library shelving, in HVAC voids
• Flies in cafeteria and outdoor lunch areas
• Spiders and webs in covered play areas
• Mosquitoes in outdoor play and irrigation areas

Programme structure

We run monthly programmes for most schools — kitchen and cafeteria as priority, classrooms as inspection-only unless an issue is found, outdoor play areas treated for mosquitoes seasonally. Holiday breaks (mid-term, summer, end-of-year) are our heavy-treatment windows when classrooms are empty.
