Large open volumes, frequent dock-door traffic, abundant cardboard, varied stored products, and minimal barriers between zones — warehouses get hit harder than any other commercial property. The pests we deal with most:

• Norway rats and roof rats in roof voids, racking, container deliveries
• German cockroaches in break rooms, employee lockers, forklift charging bays
• Stored product insects — Indian meal moths, grain weevils, cigarette beetles in palletised goods
• Pigeons roosting in roof gantries (separate service)
• Snakes and reptiles in older industrial-area warehouses

Our warehouse approach

Warehouses need an integrated pest management (IPM) programme, not periodic spraying. We design custom plans that include:

1. Perimeter rodent stations — tamper-resistant, mapped, on a service log
2. Internal monitoring traps — UV light traps for flies and moths, sticky traps for crawling insects, with weekly checks
3. Dock-door exclusion — air curtains, brush seals, automatic closers
4. Stored-product inspection — pheromone traps in finished-goods areas
5. Quarterly trend reports — pressure mapping by zone and product line

Compliance

We work with warehouses serving food, pharma, FMCG and e-commerce clients. All documentation is structured for HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC and similar audits. Chemical lists, application records, technician certifications and station maps all auditor-ready.
