Dubai Hills Estate is a premium golf-course community with a mix of villa sub-communities (Sidra, Maple, Hills Grove, Parkway, Fairways, Golf Place) and apartment buildings around the boulevard. Most of our work here is villa pest control with a quarterly maintenance plan.
The golf course and extensive landscaping mean mosquito activity is a persistent issue — we recommend monthly source-reduction visits during peak season (Oct-May). Subterranean termites and ants are the next most common villa concerns. Most villas here were built recently with pre-construction termite treatment, so our termite work is usually inspection + spot treatment, not full barrier replacement.
The community has strict NOC and timing rules; we maintain documentation with the OA and FM teams.
