DAMAC Hills 2 (formerly Akoya Oxygen) is a newer master-planned villa community on Dubai's southern edge. Adjacency to undeveloped land means we see occasional snake and large lizard sightings here that are unusual in central Dubai, alongside the standard developer-community villa profile (ants, mosquitoes, cockroaches).
DAMAC Hills 2 (Akoya) is a master-planned developer community with newer villa and townhouse stock — pre-construction termite barriers are typically in place, so most of our work here is preventive maintenance rather than termite remediation. The recurring pests we treat are ants from landscape edges, mosquitoes from community irrigation, cockroaches in kitchens and bees / wasps seasonally on balconies and AC units.
The community OA usually requires a service NOC; we keep paperwork on file for most major sub-communities here.
