The Lakes is a premium villa community with the classic UAE villa pest profile, intensified by extensive landscaping and (in many sub-communities) golf-adjacent green spaces: subterranean termites in older sub-zones, ants from landscape, mosquitoes from irrigation, and occasional roof rats from mature palms adjacent to roof edges. Most residents we serve move to quarterly maintenance plans — substantially better outcomes and lower lifetime cost than reactive treatment.

For occupied family villas we run a quieter, lower-impact treatment cycle: gel-bait for cockroaches and ants, HEPA-vacuum-first for bed bugs, perimeter source-reduction for mosquitoes, and exclusion-led work for rodents. The OA paperwork is handled on your behalf.
